Every box is hand-packed at our 22,000-sq-ft SQF Level 3 facility in Vero Beach, with the named single-origin varietal printed on each 16-oz glass bottle and the pressing date stamped on the shoulder. Here's what the open crate looks like.

Our winter Hamlins and summer Valencias — the two flagships of Indian River County — rotated by season so your glass always matches what's ripening on the tree.
02 · Seasonal
When the Honeybells hit their January–February window — and the Indian River red grapefruit at its ruby peak — those bottles show up in your box unannounced.
03 · Format
Every bottle is 100% recyclable amber glass, pressed and flash-pasteurized at 161°F to keep 3.2× the live enzymes of standard HPP brands. The pressing date is stamped on the shoulder.
04 · Extras
Each shipment includes a printed Harvest Notes booklet — tasting notes, seasonal recipes, and the story of that week's pressing — plus a sample of our zero-waste citrus bitters line.
